The contact form collects only: full name, email address, company (optional) and the content of the message.
No special category data is collected and no profiling or automated decision-making takes place.

Data is used exclusively to reply to your enquiry and, where applicable, to manage the professional relationship arising from it.
The legal basis is the consent given when submitting the form and the legitimate interest in answering incoming requests.

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if a collaboration begins, for the applicable legal periods. It is deleted afterwards.

Data is never sold or transferred to third parties. Only the technology providers required to run the website and email may access it, acting as processors under GDPR safeguards.
