Sectors

Cross-sector experience. Deep specialization.

I work with companies from a wide range of sectors — manufacturing industry, retail, startups and service companies — because the methodology I apply is based on how an organization transforms, not on a single market.

That said, I have a strong specialization in Textile & fashion and Industry 4.0 & future technologies, the result of recent digital transformation and circularity projects in industrial plants. And a solid foundation in retail & commerce, built over more than ten years managing operations at Decathlon, Deporvillage and Base Detall Sport.

If your sector isn't listed explicitly, that doesn't mean it's not a fit: whether we're talking about a startup or a large industry, the underlying question is always the same — where's the bottleneck, and how do we solve it — from the local SME to the large-scale organization.
